Birdhouse, an open source project, provides an agentic development environment designed for teams utilizing multiple agents. It allows you to launch agents that can directly communicate and form a dynamic tree structure to coordinate tasks independently. It also addresses common usability issues found in other tools, such as seamless agent navigation, workspace specific API keys and models, and support for all existing VS Code themes. Birdhouse is MIT licensed and available for macOS, installable with a single script.
