Medical students spend excessive time reviewing slides that were not designed to facilitate effective studying. Synapse offers a solution to this problem. Users can upload their PDFs, including those with many images, and receive multiple choice questions, summaries, and flashcards directly linked to their specific content. Synapse then monitors user knowledge, strengthens areas of weakness, and adjusts to individual progress. Created by a medical student, Synapse avoids fabricated sources and provides tailored output. Currently, there are 26 users, 3,235 multiple choice questions, 1,941 tracked concepts, and 121 AI tutor sessions, all achieved organically.
