ABC Taper Log is a monitoring system built upon the established 58-point Aberrant Behavior Checklist (ABC). It assists caregivers and patients in observing behavioral shifts while reducing antipsychotic medication. Users can follow all five subscale categories using a daily zero to three rating system, examine trends on 30-day graphs, receive notifications for potential flare-ups, and generate CSV or PDF documents to share with clinicians.
