Agent Tunnels enables a customer’s coding assistant and a vendor’s support agent to collaborate within a single shared session. Both parties can share context, pose questions, and propose solutions while observing the process in real time. The vendor’s agent does not have permission to modify the customer’s code. The service is offered free of charge.
