I was using five different applications to monitor my habits, workouts, meals, and overall progress. These tools did not integrate with one another. Therefore, I created a single free app that combines all these functions. It includes habit tracking with streaks, experience points, and leveling up. It also features a workout logger with built-in programs, AI nutrition analysis using descriptions or photos of your meals, an AI coach that reviews your personal data, and daily journaling accompanied by Stoic quotes. The app contains no advertisements, requires no payment, and functions on any smartphone.
