It accesses the actual instagram.com website but automatically conceals the most habit forming sections, including the Feed, Reels, Explore, Stories and prompts to open the native app. This allows you to retain direct messages, profile viewing, search functions and deliberate browsing while still using Instagram in a more controlled way.
