BaseInvoice instantly displays any European electronic invoice directly within your browser, including formats such as XRechnung, Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, Peppol BIS, UBL, and CII. Simply provide an XML or hybrid PDF file to view it as a clear, organized invoice within moments. All processing occurs locally on your device; no files are uploaded, no account is required, and your data never leaves your computer. Viewing is free. You can also validate invoices against the EN 16931 standard, handle them in batches, and export to Excel or PDF for additional functionality. Designed to meet EU e-invoicing mandates from 2025 through 2028, it is available in English, German, French, and Dutch.
