These include code violations such as unsafe structures, no-heat orders, and citations for roof, plumbing, electrical, rodent, weed, tree, and debris issues. The system also reviews building permits, administrative fine records, failed inspections, 311 complaints, NOAA storm and hail information, and county property records. This process identifies homeowners in every US city who have a legal obligation to hire a contractor. Each identified homeowner is provided as an exclusive lead, with only one contractor assigned per zip code and leads are never shared. The service covers forty six trades for a fixed monthly fee of $197, and any lead can be verified directly with the city.
