For OLED displays, this conserves battery life by fully deactivating pixels, and it maintains active recording by utilizing the Wake Lock API to avoid background suspension. In contrast to alternative recording applications, every segment of video is handled entirely on your local computer processor and saved directly within your browser's IndexedDB. With no uploads to the cloud and a rigorous Content Security Policy, your information remains exclusively on your own device.
