Bol.ai processes Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and CMR waybills to extract structured data. Users can upload a PDF, scan, or phone photo and receive over twenty fields, such as parties, ports, containers, and weights, returned as JSON or CSV. Container numbers are validated using the ISO 6346 checksum. The system automatically cross references documents from the same shipment to identify discrepancies that often lead to customs holds and demurrage. All data residency is maintained within the EU. The service includes an API and MCP.
