Users can read The Advantage, a newspaper accessible to everyone, and browse the Serendipity Feed to see recent community posts. Connection happens via chat, groups, blogs, and detailed profiles. A Perspective Engine allows responses to any post through defined viewpoints such as Legal, Economic, Technical, Ethical, or Data Privacy, moving beyond a simple comment box. The platform prohibits tracking and data selling, and employs AI assisted moderation supported by an appeal system.
