Brain Fry is the familiar mental fog that comes from hours of uninterrupted AI prompting. We recognize it and even laugh about it, but no one addresses it. Brain Bed does. It resides in your macOS menu bar and discreetly monitors your sessions with Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Codex CLI. All processing is local, with no data leaving your computer. When your mind is overheating, it initiates a mandatory meditation break. Your keyboard locks, classical music plays, and a breathing circle guides you. You cannot continue working. You must rest.
