Bullet is a fast coding agent designed to save time. We grew frustrated spending hours waiting for agent operations to complete. While the underlying models performed well, the surrounding processes were inefficient. Bullet automatically selects the optimal model and reasoning level for each query, runs searches, file reads, and commands in parallel, and employs precise code search rather than indexing your entire repository. It integrates with your existing Claude Code or Codex subscription, API keys, or a local on-device model. It achieves 95.8% on SWE-bench Verified (placing in the top three) with an average of 119 seconds per task. The founders are Yale Computer Science graduates with previous experience at AppLovin and Citadel.
