ByOnco assists Indian cancer patients and their families in locating optimal hospitals and appropriate specialists, while also streamlining their entire care process, all within a half hour. Currently, families typically spend 18 days waiting for an initial consultation with an oncologist, and one third of referrals are misdirected. ByOnco resolves these issues by matching patients according to their diagnosis, location, insurance coverage, and budget. From the start, patients receive support from a personal navigator via WhatsApp. ByOnco provides comprehensive assistance, including support for rare cancers, second medical opinions, and medical tourism.
