Charter functions as a policy gate and a tamper evident ledger for artificial intelligence agents. Each agent action is verified against a predefined authority before execution, where it can be permitted, stopped, or suspended for a designated person. All resulting decisions are permanently recorded to an unchangeable chain. The system aligns with SOC 2 standards, the EU AI Act, and RBI controls.
