To address the issues of repetitive errors in Claude Code and outdated claude.md files, we created CodeYam Memory. It employs a background agent that analyzes your coding session transcripts to detect recurring confusion. Based on this analysis, it produces focused rules with appropriate scoping. Delivered as a simple command line interface for use alongside Claude Code, CodeYam Memory represents an initial foray into our broader ambition: discovering the ultimate AI driven development workflow.
