Freight forwarders across Francophone Africa currently handle thousands of shipments using WhatsApp, paper notebooks, and phone calls. This provides no visibility for their customers. Cofilo fully digitizes this workflow, offering package management, real-time tracking, SMS notifications, PDF quote generation, branch and agent management, and a branded client portal. The solution was validated by over 500 freight forwarders using a Figma prototype. The complete SaaS platform is now being developed on Vercel.
