CrewCue transforms the traditional day sheet, the essential printed schedule used by live production crews, into a digital tool. It replaces messy paper copies and scattered WhatsApp messages by placing the entire schedule on your iPhone Lock Screen as a Live Activity. The current and next time slots, delays, and weather updates are synchronized for the entire crew in real time through push notifications. You can also scan a paper day sheet with your camera, and the app uses OCR to extract your timeslots. It is fully functional on Apple Watch as well. The app was created by a photographer and videographer who spent five years on tour longing for such a solution.
