CUTOUT Studio is a completely free, client side AI tool for removing backgrounds, built on Next.js, WASM, and Web Workers. It requires no subscriptions and never sends your photos to a remote server. All processing happens locally in your browser for total privacy. The tool works offline, ensuring no data leaks, and offers one click biometric presets. These include Otsu based signature cleaning and exam framing for UPSC and SSC documents under 50KB. It is fully open source, with no telemetry and no signups required, so its code is completely auditable.
