DealSync takes a different approach from typical legal technology, which usually focuses on one party and adds a separate portal for the other side. Our platform creates a single shared workspace for all parties involved in an agreement, such as licensors and licensees or buyers and sellers. Here, they collaborate in real time on the same documents, using a unified audit trail and AI powered drafting tools. We are initially launching for IP licensing, enabling brand owners, agencies, and intellectual property counsel to manage royalty schedules, approvals, and license packs without endless email exchanges.
