It includes key contacts, account summaries, personal wishes, and a final note. It stores no passwords or login details. Instead, it provides a guide with sufficient direction on where to search and whom to contact. It is designed to be completed in one afternoon and is private from the start. I created this after my father passed away. My sincere hope is that you will never have to use it.
