declaw introduces the first agent runtime that combines sandbox isolation with complete network controls, AI safety guardrails, and comprehensive agent observability. Every outgoing byte can be configured for inspection, redaction, or blocking. All agent actions are recorded. While sandbox providers lack integrated guardrails and guardrail vendors do not control the runtime, declaw delivers both capabilities within a single SDK.
