Decoy empowers developers to simulate services on their local machines. Forget Docker and resource intensive Electron applications. I developed it to validate webhook requests originating from my applications, assess API wrapper functionality, and observe application behavior when faced with redirects, timeouts, and errors. You are also able to emulate complete webpages for testing scrapers and AI agents without the concern of rate limiting or being blocked. It is all packaged in an aesthetically pleasing native application. The application has a small footprint of only 10MB, starts rapidly, and contains absolutely no tracking.
