Dolt

About

Dolt is a SQL database with version control designed for AI agents and developers. Imagine combining Git with MySQL: each modification to the database can be committed, branched, compared, merged, pushed, or pulled. Agents are able to operate on separate branches, examine database updates prior to production deployment, and revert errors using a full record of both data and schema. As an open source tool, Dolt maintains compatibility with MySQL, and it has associated projects for SQLite called DoltLite, for PostgreSQL known as Doltgres, and for MongoDB workflows named DumboDB.
