Estimate Quest transforms sprint planning into a fun, retro-style role playing game. Unlike typical planning poker tools that feel tedious, this one is engaging. Participants join through a link, choose pixelated avatars, and vote simultaneously with 8-bit music and retro animations. Disagreements are immediately highlighted with outlier detection. It's currently used in actual sprint meetings, and it's free with no signup required.
