ETIC transforms structured Excel tables into modifiable InDesign tables via IDML, maintaining the formatting established in the original Excel file. This tool is intended for processes where Excel serves as the source and its styling is important. ETIC operates as an independent Windows program, meaning the conversion process does not need InDesign to be running. After generation, you can open the IDML file directly in InDesign and proceed with editing as usual.
