I spend over ten hours daily at my computer, developing software, writing, and creating products. This prolonged screen use gradually led to symptoms like persistent eye strain, dryness, and blurred vision. The available applications for eye care often proved unsatisfactory, as they were typically cluttered, disruptive, required installation, or gathered excessive personal information. To address this, I initially created Eye Care Fit for my own use. It is a straightforward, browser-based utility designed for eye health, integrating a Pomodoro productivity timer, guided relaxation techniques for the eyes, scheduled break alerts, and a dedicated full-screen mode that eliminates distractions.
