FlowSound is a compact open-source application for macOS that operates from the menu bar. It automatically lowers the volume and pauses Apple Music whenever another application begins playing audio. Once the other audio stops, it seamlessly resumes your music. The app functions entirely on your local machine, collects no analytical data, and provides transparent explanations for any permissions it requires.
