Formaxus provides site managers with a clearer overview of tasks completed by their construction crews, enabling data driven decisions that keep projects on schedule. The platform was developed by two University College London students to address the specific issue of builders not finishing their assignments. It improves coordination among different trades and identifies which ones are creating bottlenecks for timely project completion. The solution has been trialed by three construction companies.
