About

HistoAtlas offers a free and publicly accessible web resource that correlates cancer tissue appearance with molecular characteristics and patient survival outcomes in 21 different cancers. We performed an analysis of 6,745 diagnostic H&E-stained slides sourced from TCGA, from which we obtained 38 quantifiable histomic features including tumor morphology, immune cell presence, spatial arrangement, and cell concentrations. We have already calculated over 10,000 statistical relationships connecting tissue structure to genes, signaling pathways, mutations, immune classifications, and patient prognosis. It is completely free to use and requires no registration.
