HostPayout transforms CSV files from Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, along with bank or card statements, into monthly profit reports for each property. It does not require Plaid or your platform login details. You simply export your CSV files, examine the transaction rows, and view income, fees, expenses, and net earnings per listing. The service is free for users with up to five properties.
