IAXT operates as a menu-bar flight recorder designed for AI coding assistants. It runs unobtrusively on your Mac, capturing the activity of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, and Codex. The recording includes each executed command, file accessed, package installation, git operation, and launch agent. After your session, you can examine a clear Action Log where every action is linked to its source agent, complete with a confidence score and severity level. By right-clicking any entry, you can copy it to provide context when seeking a second opinion from any LLM. The tool is free, prioritizes local data storage, requires no user account or cloud connection, and runs on macOS 13 and later.
