Kaptr takes a different approach from typical trivia and photo apps, which require typed answers or selections from your camera roll. Instead, you use the camera as your answer box. Each day, a single cryptic riddle is presented to all players around the world. Your task is to interpret the clue, lift your eyes from the screen, locate the actual object in your surroundings, and capture a live photo. An AI judge then evaluates your image within moments, assigning a score from 0 to 100 and placing you in a tier ranging from Bronze to Prismatic. The anticipation of uncovering your score is the core appeal, creating an experience that resembles opening a collectible pack more than receiving a simple grade.
