Karakara modernizes the classic vanBasco MIDI Karaoke Player, now available for Mac. Unlike other MIDI players that are either overly complex digital workstations or overly simple viewers lacking karaoke features, Karakara offers a focused and enjoyable alternative. It provides a detachable multi window interface, synchronized lyrics with a fullscreen mode, a 16 channel mixer, an 88 key piano supporting USB MIDI, and interchangeable SoundFonts. The application works offline and has no advertisements.
