I am a 16 year old student from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In Central Asia, most young people lack access to career guidance because professional sessions cost between 50 and 200 dollars and are not offered in Uzbek or Russian. To solve this, I created a free platform. It features a 30 question assessment based on Harvard's Gardner theory. A machine learning engine then analyzes the results across nine talent dimensions to generate over 35 tailored career matches. Each user receives a personalized development plan and a list of suitable top universities, fully available in Russian, Uzbek, and English at no cost. The technology stack uses React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and a custom built ML model.
