KoreLab supports artisan food businesses like bakeries, pastry shops, pasta makers, and dairies. It enables them to accurately determine their food costs, create product sheets that meet EU 1169/2011 regulations for allergens and nutrition facts, and manage HACCP self control procedures. The platform was developed by a founder with direct experience in quality management on a production lab floor.
