You outline your objectives, available equipment, and scheduled training days. A solver that operates on constraints eliminates any plans that are not possible, considering factors like recovery periods, unavailable equipment, and time restrictions. From the feasible options, a genetic algorithm assesses them against ten criteria for training quality, such as progressive overload, muscle balance, and the ratio of compound to isolation movements, and iteratively improves them toward an optimal solution. The exercises within each workout are arranged by type to ensure a logical sequence for warm-up, primary exercises, and cool-down. It is free to use, requires no registration, and is available in six languages.
