Lukan is an open-source AI workstation that operates over your existing system to handle full end-to-end tasks. It features a built-in coding agent capable of reading and editing files, executing terminal commands, and automating technical processes. The workstation uses tmux-based terminals for persistent sessions, and you can operate several agents either within terminal panes or via a dedicated agent interface. Additionally, you can construct agentic pipelines to automate complex, multi-step workflows complete with approvals and notifications.
