Maxuod Shift is an online weekly scheduling tool created in Halifax for small hourly businesses like restaurants, cafés, and retail stores. Managers can design and download a schedule without registering first. With a free account, schedules for up to twelve staff members are stored, and features such as availability tracking, tip allocation, overtime alerts, wage projections, role assignments, and exports to PDF, CSV, or XLSX are included. The system offers province specific prompts to assist with payroll review, but it does not handle payroll processing or determine compliance matters. A mobile application is currently being developed.
