Med Flow is an open-source tool created for physicians who work shifts, assisting them in planning their work more thoughtfully. The concept emerged from supporting a new doctor in managing shifts and earnings with spreadsheets. It soon became evident that doctors required an improved method for visualizing workload and making well-informed choices prior to committing to shifts. Med Flow enables doctors to schedule and model shifts while monitoring workload and recovery.
