The platform includes an admin panel, user management, RBAC, and system preferences. Hiring managers submit requisitions, which are then approved by a manager. Resumes are automatically fetched from the company’s career email. A customizable interview panel, which may include both human assessors and the AI MeruBot, can be assigned. The system integrates with MS Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. Panel members provide feedback after each interview. Once a candidate receives a final status of 'Selected', an offer can be extended. The platform maintains full privacy and security compliance.
