MIDIpad is a macOS app that converts game controllers into musical instruments for use with contemporary digital audio workstations. Rather than just assigning gamepad buttons to MIDI notes or control changes, MIDIpad transforms your controller into two versatile, user friendly, and MPE enabled MIDI instruments. These include Chords, a responsive, scale based plucked string engine, and Drums, a dynamic, gesture controlled drum sequencer.
