A crowdsourced map tracks Ukrainian borshch. It features 278 bowls from 31 cities, with each one evaluated across seven criteria by those who have tasted it: meatiness, beetiness, thickness, saltiness, aftertaste, presentation, and overall score. Of these, 103 have been rated. The remaining 175 are unrated, and the first person to review a bowl becomes its discoverer. The project is free, open source, and contains no advertisements or affiliate links.
