Hands free operation means you never take screenshots yourself. Instead, your agent requests a fresh capture and the visible text through a local MCP server while a task is in progress, eliminating any need for you to crop or paste. While Playwright handles the DOM, Noru addresses what it cannot: native applications, simulators, system interfaces, the final rendered pixels, and workflows that involve multiple apps. No data is ever uploaded. All captures remain solely on your Mac, with Noru functioning only as an observer, and each observation is first confirmed by an on screen acknowledgment.
