Your iPhone gathers vast amounts of health information, yet this data remains trapped inside a large export.xml file. Open Health converts that export into seven straightforward markdown files that any large language model can interpret. You can process your zip file directly in the browser, execute the command line tool, or transfer it from your phone using WebRTC. Insert the results into ChatGPT, Claude, or a local model to ask meaningful questions about your exercise routines and recuperation. All processing occurs on your device with no uploads, servers, or data collection. The project is open source and available under the MIT license.
