A screen recording tool designed for AI agents, similar to Loom. Your coding assistant executes `opencap record start`, operates the demonstration using Playwright, an application, or any other tool, and then runs `opencap record stop`. This generates a shareable link accompanied by a detailed, structured log of every action performed. The agent can then post this link in any location where proof of work is needed, such as a pull request description, a Linear ticket, or a Slack channel. The initial release focuses on a Command Line Interface and Model Context Protocol. It is specifically built for use with Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. The CLI and MCP versions will remain free permanently.
