Platos is an open source runtime designed for deploying AI agents into production environments. It supports a variety of applications including customer chatbots, internal assistants, automated employees, and research agents, particularly those requiring memory and tool integration. A single docker compose command deploys the complete system, which features persistent session memory, reliable background operations, a comprehensive MCP gateway, cost monitoring dashboards, execution timelines, audit logs, and an embeddable React component. By applying one decorator to any function, it transforms into a fully typed MCP tool. The platform also allows you to bring your own LLM.
