Qarinah 0.1.6 provides a single local, cited project memory for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, CLI tools, and other compatible MCP clients. Configure it once using npx, and you can change between agents without needing to replay the entire history. Results from publication show reductions from 442,113 to an estimated 5,682 tokens across six software tasks, achieving 98.71 percent less while meeting all required targets within the top five. It also produced a continuation capsule using 119 tokens instead of 9,489, a 98.75 percent reduction, and a fully cited pack of 1,039 tokens, which is 89.05 percent less. The tool is Apache 2.0 licensed, prioritizes local first operation, and requires no hosted account or API key.
