Relaticle is designed from the ground up for AI agents, unlike most CRMs that add AI as an afterthought. Any MCP client instantly accesses 37 native tools via OAuth, and each agent’s schema automatically includes workspace custom fields. Its in-app assistant operates under stricter controls: every modification is presented as a precise proposal, requiring approval for each individual record. You can self-host the entire platform under the AGPL license, even using local inference with Ollama. The self-hosted version is free indefinitely, while the Cloud option uses straightforward per-workspace pricing instead of charging per user.
