It enables users to monitor lease agreements, log utility meter data, compute costs for electricity and other services, produce PDF invoices, and maintain a full record of all payments. Key functionalities include handling multiple tenancies, tracking meter readings and utilities, generating PDF bills with a single tap, viewing monthly billing history, supporting various currencies and calendars, and offering backup and restore capabilities, all while operating completely without an internet connection.
